How can I see my completed diaries in the care plan?

A care plan may contain a diary. The answers to these are recorded as health data and can be viewed. 

You can view your health data as follows: 

Step 1. Open the Gezond app 

Step 2. Click on the Care Plans tab 

Step 3. Go to Sleep diary

Step 4. Click on Previous Answers

Step 5. Click on a Question

Step 6. Choose a Date 

Step 7. View the Data (by date)
