How can I see my completed surveys in the care plan?

A care plan may contain surveys. The answers to these questions can be viewed. 

You can view your completed surveys as follows: 

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on the Care Plans tab 

Step 3. Go to View all content 

Step 4. Click on the Survey

Step 5. View the Data
