Do you get the following pop-up?


You may have tried to sign in to the same app multiple times, or you may have had too many apps running at the same time. Usually, the notification will disappear on its own if you try again a few minutes later.

 

If not, you can try the following:

  • Close the application and log in again
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
