If you are unable to log into the app, you can try the following:
Step 1. Delete cookies and web history
Step 2. Make sure there is a good internet connection
Step 3. Check that the latest version of the app is installed
Step 4. Open the app and try to log in via DigiD
Still can't log in after going through these steps?
Step 1. Check if there is an (error) message or a white screen after the login attempt. Write down the message or take a screenshot.
Step 2. Contact us at help@gezond.nl or Submit a ticket.
Including this information:
- A screenshot of the (error) message
- Description of the problem/situation
- Date and time of the login attempt
- First name and last name
NEVER send privacy-sensitive information, such as your BSN-number!
