I would like to contact a GP about my care plan, what can I do?

To contact a healthcare provider during the care plan, you can start a chat conversation. 

You can start a chat as follows: 

Step 1. Open the Gezond app 

Step 2. Click on Chat 

Step 3. Go to Conversations (opens automatically) 

Step 4. Go to Medical Services 

Step 5. Click on I have a question about my health or I have another question 

You can immediately start a chat with a GP or doctor's assistant. Before you start a conversation  

with a GP you will be asked to complete a questionnaire, this is not mandatory.
