DigiD is protected against 'accidentally' leaving open applications with sensitive information.
That is why DigiD always closes the application if it is not used for more than 15 minutes.
Unfortunately, Gezond.nl can't change this.
If you have your notifications turned on, you will still receive notifications when a new chat comes in. You only have to log in again with DigiD to be able to read it.
