For a consult with the online GP no appoinment is needed. The online GP is directly available via the chat.

You can make a face-to-face appointment with a GP at your local practice in the following ways:

Chat with the online GP.
Use this option if you think that the online GP may also be able to help you with your care needs or you would like an advice if an appointment is needed. The online GP is directly available via chat, you don't need to make an appointment, and has extended opening hours.

Chat with the medical assistant.
Use this option if you are already sure that you need to be physically seen for your issue. The doctor's assistant will schedule the appointment for you.

Call the practice.
Call the practice if you don't want to or can't use the app. Check the opening hours and telephone numbers on the website of your practice.
