As soon as you start a chat conversation starts, you will first answer a questionnaire. Completing the questionnaire is not mandatory, you can also skip it.
But if you do fill it in, the healthcare provider will see a summary of your answers. This helps the GP or doctor's assistant to start a conversation with you faster and better prepared.
