Can I delete my account?

Yes, it is possible to delete your account for the app.

This can be done as follows:

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on Profile

Step 3. Go to Account

Step 4. Click on Delete Account

Step 5. Enter full name to Confirm

Step 6. Click on Delete account

By deleting your account you are NOT deregistering as a patient of Gezond.nl. You are only deleting the account on your phone or tablet. Conversation history and appointment history can no longer be seen in the app. Your medical data will remain in the GP Information System (HIS) of Gezond.nl.
