How can I make a video call through the chat?

Yes, you can have a video conversation with the GP during the chat. You can do this as follows:

Step 1. In the chat conversation click on Camera (in the upper right corner)

Step 2. Click on Request Video Call

Step 3. The GP must Accept the call

Step 4. Start your Video Call

The doctor can also send you a request tot start a video call.
