Can I make a video call?

Yes, you can have a video call with a GP. You cannot schedule this call, but it can be started directly during a chat conversation you have with a GP. 

To do so, you can send a request that the GP can accept, and a video call will be started immediately. The GP can also send a request to start a video call. 

You can start a video call with a GP as follows:

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on Chat

Step 3. Go to Conversations (opens automatically)

Step 4. Go to Medical Services

Step 5. Click on I have a health concern

Step 6. In the chat, I click on Camera

Step 7. Click on Request video call

Step 8. The GP must Accept the call

Step 9. Start your Video Call
