Start a chat with the doctor's assistant to start a request for refill medication.
- At the start of the chat, you can indicate in the menu that you want to request repeat medication.
- Type in the name and dosage of the medication or take a picture of the label.
- You can leave the message and leave the chat.
- The doctor's assistant will send you a message as soon as the medication has been requested.
The pharmacy will inform you, usually within two days, when and how you can pick up the medication from your pharmacy (or have it delivered).
