An other question is a question other than a direct question about your health. For example, you want to reschedule an appointment, ask for a refill of your medication or change your personal info. For this you can start a chat with a medical assistant.
You can ask other questions by going through the following steps:
Step 1. Open the Gezond app
Step 2. Click on Chat
Step 3. Go to Conversations (opens automatically)
Step 4. Go to Medical Services
Step 5. Click on I have a different question
You can ask another question during chat hours:
- Monday through Friday 7:00-21:00
- Saturday and Sunday, 9:00-12:00.
You will receive an answer to your question from a medical assistant immediately or within minutes.
This medical service is not intended for requests for help in case of emergency.
