Where can I find my profile information?

Your profile data are loaded from the GP Information System (HIS) of Gezond.nl.

After you have registered as a patient at Gezond.nl, you will be registered in this system and your profile will become visible in the app.

You will find your profile information as follows:

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on Profile

Step 3. Go to Profile information

• First name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Email address
• Gender
• Date of Birth

You can request to change the data in your profile by starting a chat with the medical assistant. 

They can change your data in the system, after which the changes can be seen in the app. 

It is not possible to change your profile information through the app itself.
