You can unregister by starting a chat in the Gezond.nl app and asking to unregister. When you are unregistered it is not possible to use the app anymore.
Removing your registration is done automatically whenever you register with another general practice in the Netherlands. Your new practice will ask Gezond.nl for your medical file.
