Can I make a physical appointment?

Yes, you can make a physical appointment with a GP from a local Gezond.nl practice. You cannot make the appointment yourself; that is done in consultation with you by a GP or medical assistant. 

So you cannot make an appointment at a local practice without consulting with the GP through the app.

You can make a physical appointment as follows:

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on Chat

Step 3. Go to Conversations (opens automatically)

Step 4. Go to Medical Services

Step 5. Click on I have a different question

Step 6. Click Next 

Step 7. Click on Questions and Chat

Step 8. In the chat, request an Appointment
