To report a (technical) problem you can send an e-mail to help@gezond.nl or Submit a ticket.

Including the following information:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Subject
  • Clear description of the problem
  • If possible, a screenshot of the problem/situation

NEVER send privacy-sensitive (medical) information, such as your BSN number.
