I have a question about my results, who can I contact?

If you have a question about your (lab) results, you can contact a GP or medical assistant directly via the chat. You do this by going through the following steps:

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on Chat

Step 3. Go to Conversations (opens automatically)

Step 4. Go to Medical Services

Step 5. Click on I have a different question

Step 6. Click on Medical Assistant Chat

Step 7. Choose Something else

Step 8. Ask about your Results in the chat

 You can ask a question about your (lab) results directly via chat with a medical assistant.
