Can I view my file?

Yes, you can view parts of your (medical) file. There is no overview of your total file. However, you can view reports made following a (chat) conversation with the GP or appointment at your local practice. 

You can find these reports as follows:

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on Timeline

Step 3. Go to Past events

Here you will find, among other things, reporting the GP made in the past as a result of a (chat) conversation or appointment. The reporting is linked to a date and visible in a block with that date. The name of the GP who made the report is visible in that block with the text Patient journal entry below it.

Step 4. Click on a Date block

Step 5. Go to Patient summary

Step 6. View the Summary

This includes the following information:

• Date of the report
• Additional information
• Diagnosis
• Summary (Evaluation, Plan)
• GP who did the reporting
