If the GP cannot see you during the video call, you can try the following:
- In the video call, click on the Camera icon; you can try turning the camera on and off this way.
- End the video call and try to start a new video call by clicking on the Camera icon.
If this doesn't work you can try the following:
- Check via Settings that the Gezond app can access the camera
- Check that the camera does work in programs such as FaceTime or WhatsApp
