If the GP cannot hear you during the video call, you can try the following:
- In the video call, click on the Microphone icon; you can try turning the microphone on and off this way
- End the video call and try to start a new video call by clicking on the icon with the Microphone
If this doesn't work you can try the following:
- Check via Settings that the Gezond app has access to the microphone
- Check that the microphone does work in programs such as FaceTime or WhatsApp
