No, you cannot reschedule an appointment at your local practice yourself. You can request this through a chat conversation with the medical assistant.
However, you can cancel the appointment and a new chat conversation will start automatically. The GP or medical assistant will ask the reason for cancellation and whether you want to reschedule.
You can cancel (reschedule) an appointment at your local practice as follows:
Step 1. Open the Gezond app
Step 2. Click on Timeline
Step 3. Go to Upcoming Events
Step 4. Go to an Appointment
Step 5. Click View Appointment Details
Step 6. Click on Cancel Appointment
Step 7. Click yes to Confirm
Step 8. A New chat conversation starts
The new chat will show that you cancelled the appointment. The medical assistant will ask via the chat why the appointment was canceled and whether the appointment should be rescheduled. The appointment is no longer visible in Upcoming Events.
