Where do I find chat conversations from the past?

You can view your past chat conversations as follows:

Step 1. Open the Gezond app

Step 2. Click on Timeline

Step 3. Go to Past events

Here you will find an overview of all the chat conversations you have had with a GP or physician assistant in the past, among other things. Conversations are linked to a date and visible in a block with that date, as the name of the GP you had the conversation with is visible in that block.

Step 4. Click on a Date block

Step 5. Go to a Conversation

Step 6. Click View Conversation (or click on the arrow).
