Through Medical Services you can start a chat conversation with a doctor or medical assistant. Depending on your question, you can choose from two Medical Services:
I have a question about my health
If you want to discuss health complaints or questions directly with the doctor.
I have another question
If you want direct contact with the medical assistant for other questions. For example, to ask for a refill of a prescription, make an appointment or change your personal info.
The app is not intended for emergencies, but by clicking on Emergency numbers you can access details of the GP out-of-hours/Emergency line nearby.
You can find Medical Services as follows:
Step 1. Open the Gezond app
Step 2. Click on Chat
Step 3. Go to Conversations (opens automatically)
Step 4. Go to Medical Services
